The Find My Poultry Marketplace is now live!

Find My Poultry is the UK and Ireland’s first and only fully dedicated poultry App and web platform — created specifically for all things poultry, all in one connected space.

The story so far

Find My Poultry began long before its first line of code. It has grown out of a lifetime of keeping, breeding, and trading poultry — experiencing first-hand how much keepers needed something properly dedicated to support what they do.

The first concrete step towards what you see came during the Covid-19 pandemic, when I started running poultry auctions over WhatsApp, simply because there was nowhere for keepers to trade during the lockdowns. Five years on, I have designed and developed a fully custom-built platform with its very own ‘buy it now’ marketplace — a genuine first of its kind, and an incredible milestone for us after years of planning and testing.

Who runs Find My Poultry

Find My Poultry is operated by OTS Online Ltd, a UK-registered company owned and controlled in full by founders Joyce and Cai Morgan. The platform is ICO registered, insured, and supported by a legal backbone written specifically for our poultry platform — not generic terms pulled off a shelf, but a bespoke framework designed to protect breeders, buyers and sellers alike.

How it works today

The marketplace is live now at findmypoultry.com, with full In-App integration imminent.

Seller Listings are showcased on a clean, ad-free, algorithm-free platform — every listing has the same chance to be seen, with no paid promotion bumping anyone ahead. Anyone with a free Find My Poultry account can purchase poultry, hatching eggs, and related items across the UK and Ireland securely through the platform — with payments processed by Stripe, including a structured transaction flow from purchase through to completion. A small buyer-side transaction fee applies at checkout to cover payment and hosting costs, with no hidden costs. It is fully transparent.

Find My Poultry Members can sell through ‘Buy It Now’, upload unlimited listings, keep 100% of the price they list, with no seller commission taken and more…

Standard listings outside of ‘Buy It Now’ are arranged directly between buyer and seller through the secure ‘Chat with Seller’ button, with Find My Poultry providing the platform to connect you.

Underpinning all of this is our legal infrastructure — a one off framework developed around our platform by a dedicated legal team who will refine it continuously as Find My Poultry grows or legislation changes - to ensure everyone is properly protected. It exists to make Find My Poultry the most compliant, safe, secure, and transparent space it can be for poultry keepers — tailored specifically to the realities of how poultry is kept, traded, and supported. This is a huge investment and an undertaking that doesn’t fully show up on the surface, but it’s exactly the kind of foundation our users deserve, and exactly what a genuine platform should look like.

What’s coming next…

A substantial amount more is already under development behind the scenes — with a fantastic development team working around the clock to bring the next stage of Find My Poultry live. The most immediate piece is full In-App integration of the marketplace — landing very soon — bringing the full Marketplace experience straight into your pocket alongside everything the platform already facilitates.

Beyond that, an incredible programme of development is now signed off, with the foundations truly laid for everything that follows. Every part of Find My Poultry has been developed from the ground up — to be fully flexible for the future. That ownership and built-in flexibility means the platform can continue to expand and refine around what our users actually need, with the freedom to evolve in whatever direction is required. There is far more to come, and what you’re using today is just the foundation.

Why it’s different
